My photography all started when I was 15 years old on a trip to Germany with a school group. I had my little Olympus rangefinder camera with a single focal length. Crawling, climbing and reaching to get my shots at any cost, I became known as the "world famous photographer" by my mom, though I have yet to live up to that title!

My passions in still photography did not develop for some time as I was more interested in cinema, making movies with my friends and completing my bachelors degree in Film and Television Production at Montana State University. Though I did not wish to explore my creativity in Hollywood, I soon found that a still camera allowed me to unravel these passions.

I soon became obsessed with photography and explored it more seriously with my membership in Seattle Photographic Society (which I have served as President and Board of directors), through photographic competition (awards in the International Exhibit of Photography at Puyallup Fair), as judge at the Puyallup Fair (Washington State Photographers), group exhibits at the Cascades School of Photography (2005) & Shoreline Arts Council(2007),and individaul exhibits at London Line Gallery (2007), and Seaport Landing guest artist (2008).

My work includes assignment and freelance work, but primarily I have focused on my fine art prints, as it provides me satisfaction deep within. I hope you enjoy and find inspiration in these images!
